DJKRUCK.COM Terms & Conditions

Performance Agreement & Force Majeure
The DJ’s obligation to perform is subject to detention by causes beyond their control, including but not limited to accidents, riots, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or other legitimate unforeseen events. In such cases, DJKRUCK.COM will make all reasonable efforts to secure a replacement DJ or entertainment provider at the originally agreed-upon fee. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, the Purchaser will receive a full refund. In any circumstance, DJKRUCK.COM’s liability is strictly limited to the amount of the performance fee. DJKRUCK.COM is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages due to cancellation or breach of contract.

Deposits & Cancellations
All reservation/deposit fees are non-refundable unless the DJ cancels the event. This contract may not be canceled or modified unless both parties agree in writing. If the Purchaser cancels or breaches this agreement, they are responsible for paying the full performance fee (“Wage Agreed Upon”) as liquidated damages, plus 6% interest and reasonable attorney fees if legal services are required.

Liability & Damages
The Purchaser is responsible for any injury or damage to the DJ, DJKRUCK.COM staff, or DJKRUCK.COM equipment caused by the Purchaser, guests, event attendees, vendors, or venue staff. If any equipment is damaged during the event, the Purchaser agrees to pay the full replacement value or cost of repair.

Weather & Outdoor Events
If the event is designated as “Rain or Shine,” DJKRUCK.COM’s compensation is not affected by inclement weather. For all outdoor events, Purchaser must provide adequate overhead shelter for the DJ setup. The DJ reserves the right to delay, cancel, or stop a performance if weather conditions pose a danger to equipment, the DJ, staff, or attendees. The performance will resume when and if it is safe to do so. The Purchaser remains responsible for full payment regardless of any weather-related delays or cancellations.

Access & Staffing
All DJKRUCK.COM staff shall be granted entry into the event venue at no cost. Staff will be identifiable by a company shirt, event-specific business card, or a DJKRUCK.COM VIP badge. Staff without proper identification may be denied free entry. Your booking may include, but is not limited to, one or more DJs from DJKRUCK.COM.

Threats & Safety
If DJKRUCK.COM staff or equipment are subject to any real or implied threat of harm, we reserve the right to immediately cease performance. If the issue is resolved within fifteen (15) minutes, the DJ may resume performance. Regardless of resolution, the Purchaser is still responsible for the full payment. To avoid equipment damage or injuries, DJKRUCK.COM reserves the right to prevent guests from accessing any part of the DJ’s setup including but not limited to the sound system, stage area, music library, or related equipment.

Authority & Responsibility
By paying the invoice, the Purchaser affirms that they are at least eighteen (18) years old and authorized to enter into this contract on behalf of themselves or an organization. If the signer lacks legal authority, they accept personal liability for all obligations under this agreement.
